  • At least $5,000.

  • According to the contract (article 3), “the entrepreneur will have full control and responsibility of the property”.

  • You can request to have your money back anytime but take into consideration that no interest will be applied if it is returned before 120 days from the date of the contract. Any time after 120 days you will receive your money back with any interest earned. You will receive the check within 2 weeks.

  • You will have to complete a W-9 form in order to receive a form 1099 from us. This will be reported as any capital gains you made in the tax year. If you do not fill out a W-9. We will take out the appropriate taxes from your profits. We will apply a 28% tax assessment on your profits.

  • You can write a personal check, cashiers check, Zelle, or Venmo. Made out to Douglas Gants or Sarina Amaral.

  • All progress will be posted on this site under the “Current Properties” tab, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

  • Within 2 weeks.

  • You will sign a contract indicating that you want to roll over any profits.

  • We will apply a 28% tax assessment on your profits.

  • Flipped Out Properties is paying an APR of 15% (3.75% quarterly) to their current investors. New investors after July 1, 2022 will be receiving an APR of 10% (2.5% quarterly). The quarters shall end on the last day of March, June, September, December of each year. Initial money amounts need to be invested a period of 120 days before eligible for the interest payment. Any withdrawal before the the end of the quarter will forfeit the whole quarters’ interest. Any new deposits will need to be in before the new quarter begins in order to be included in the next quarter interest payment.

  • The Investor becomes incapacitated or in the event of death, the Investor may designate a person, to be the recipient of any funding/or investment profits due to them. The beneficiary must of 18 years or older to receive immediate reimbursement of investment funds. (A beneficiary of an estate can be a minor; however, the minor is not entitled to receive the gift or share of the estate until they reach the age of 18 years old. Until a beneficiary is 18 years old, the funds or assets due to them. We encourage you to designate a beneficiary 18 years or older.)

  • The investor will have access to any information relevant to money deposited or withdrawn.. This will include any past or present profits or interest payments, disbursement dates and check numbers.
